I do my best to represent my items as accurately as possible.  Please note that colors may be off a bit from what you see on your screen as all screens are different.  If you have any problems with your order, please contact me.

Hats

Hats are considered "intimate" items since they are worn on your head.  Unless a hat has been notably misrepresented, returns are not accepted.

Custom Items

Since these items are made to order and likely a custom size, returns on these items are not accepted unless they are not as ordered.

As some of my items would be considered investments, I want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me for return instructions within three days of the package being marked as delivered.  Item must be in the same condition it was when I sent it and still have the tags attached.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
